- Must be at least 23 years old and a safe and courteous contractor
- Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License. Haz Mat endorsement helpful but not necessary
- Must have at least two years verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience Intermodal experience is very helpful but not required
- Must pass DOT Drug Test administered at company authorized site
- No more than three moving violations in three years
- No rollovers or fatalities
- No DUIs or reckless driving convictions in the past five years but never in a commercial Motor Vehicle
- No Excessive speeds (15 MPH or more), or following too close
- Must have a current apportioned license plate (Yours or Ours)
- Must provide current bobtail and collision insurance coverage
- You must provide us with the following at the time
you return your completed application:
- The original application completed in full by you
- A copy of your Social Security Card
- A copy of your long form DOT physical
- A copy of your current CDL
- We will require at Orientation:
- Your Tractor Registration
- A NEW annual DOT truck inspection on your tractor
- Certificate of Insurance for your tractor
- IES-2290 on your tractor
